As a business specializing in custom work, we dedicate time, resources, and creativity to ensure your satisfaction with the final result.

Please note our refund policy regarding custom work:

Custom Graphic Design, Signage, and Printing:

    • Due to the personalized nature of our graphic design, signage, and printing services, we do not offer refunds on custom work once the project has commenced. This includes but is not limited to logo designs, web design, banners, posters, business cards, and other custom-printed materials.
    • Prior to initiating the design or printing process, we conduct detailed consultations to understand your requirements thoroughly. We encourage open communication during this phase to address any concerns or revisions.
    • Once design or printing work has begun and you have approved the proofs or final designs, refunds will not be provided.

Custom T-Shirt Orders:

    • Similarly, all custom t-shirt orders are final sale and non-refundable. Once production has started on your custom t-shirt order, refunds cannot be issued.
    • We take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel based on your specifications. However, if there are defects in the final product due to manufacturing errors or discrepancies from the approved design, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.

Digital Items:

    • Thank you for choosing our digital products. Due to the nature of our digital items, all sales are final, and we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you carefully review your selection before completing your purchase. In the event of any technical issues or concerns with your digital download, our support team is here to assist you. Contact us at epicdreamvr@proton.me within 3 days of your purchase, and we’ll make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of our no-refund policy on digital items.

Lessons and One-On-One Training

    • Thank you for entrusting us with your education. Due to scheduling and time invested, all sales are final, and we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you carefully review the terms of your selection before completing your purchase. All sessions are paid for in advance. You are paying for the time slot, not attendance.

Expiration of Services:

All bespoke orders must be fulfilled within a timeframe of 180 days from the date of the initial order placement. Refunds will not be provided for orders that exceed this stipulated timeframe. In the event that an order surpasses the 180-day period without any documented effort or communication from the customer, the original order will be deemed expired, necessitating the placement of a new order.
